He was clear and concise with the information he presented, and patient and knowledgeable in his responses to any questions we had, adjusting and tailoring his proposal to best suit our needs and budget. Installation was faultless and the quality of workmanship exceptional. He and his team were polite and punctual, completing the work within the agreed timeframe. 5-Star ⭐️ After Sales Service ... OMG!! Amazing!! 😁 A great product🔋, installed immaculately, at a reasonable price 💵 👍 ... and when I had an issue, they were back the next day to fix it! There are a plethora of solar and battery installers who sell you the dream but never want to hear from you after the job is done 😢. My experience with Syntec Electrical, end to end, was first class. I cannot recommend David and his team more highly 🏅. I engaged Syntec Electrical to recommend and subsequently install a home battery, following the introduction of the Federal Government rebate - Cheaper Home Batteries Program - on 1 Jul 2025. As the devil 😈 is always in the detail and every home and user's requirements are different ... My requirements & solar system: 1. full home back-up, including off-grid functionality/capability 2. battery must be able to power the whole home, even if we have a couple of cloudy days: - Daikin 3 phase, 22kW ducted air conditioner - 2 x ovens - 2 x stoves - 2 x hot water systems - home automation and security 3. needs to last at least 10 years (accounting for battery degredation) 4. bushfire BAL-FZ compliance 5. ability to join a VPP and earn some extra cash - note: NSW rebate capped at 28kWh battery (Jul 2025) 6. battery to be installed inside the garage 7. Current solar system: 15kW solar with a three phase Sungrow SH15T hybrid inverter Syntec Recommended: Sungrow's SBH400 (40kWh) 1. always best to match inverter and battery brand where possible 2. 40kWh x 70% degredation (10 year warranty) = 28kWh ... more than sufficient for now and the future, including on cloudy ⛅️ days - can only apply for the Federal Government rebate once per household 3. 50A continuous charge and discharge ... plenty of current to allow three phase air conditioner to start-up in off-grid mode when the rest of the house is up and running Why I was impressed with Syntec's installation: 1. explained the legal requirements associated with battery installation - I was lucky I had a double brick garage, this mitigated any fire 🔥 proofing that would otherwise have been required if the wall had been plaster 2. calculated voltage drop as I wanted my battery installed circa 20m (cable length) away from my inverter (for aesthetic reasons), and ensured an appropriate DC cable was used 3. installed an additional cut-off switch due to the battery being further away from the inverter - not standard practice 4. installed a grid by-pass on my switchboard, so if anything ever went wrong with either my battery or inverter, all I needed to do was flick a switch, and the house would be fully powered by the grid ... more on this below!! Not legally required, but good electrical practice 5. exceptionally neat installation - tried to keep as much out of sight as possible 6. cleaned up everything before they left - including sweeping the garage floor! And now the kicker ... the same afternoon of the day the battery was installed: 1. our LED lights started flickering on and off 2. the microwave shut-off in the middle of operation 3. the whole house's power went on and off twice in 5 minutes The whole household was ... OMG!!! I called David, he logged on and checked the power coming in from the street - voltage on one of our 3 phases was ~256V (way too high, Ausgrid issue), and noted the inverter (which was my existing inverter) may also be playing up ... I was advised to flick the grid by-pass switch. CLICK. Hey presto, everything was perfect again 😁. David rocked up the next morning - at 7am (!!!) we were barely awake ... found the issue ... the inverter had a problem that required an in-person reset and fix - not a battery issue mind you, as it was my existing inverter. An hour later, all fixed ... the sun started coming through the clouds, the battery started charging - David even ran a series of load tests to check all was functioning properly. David's dedication to Customer Service is first class and can't be beaten ... if only everyone put the customer first! Thank you 🙏 for going above and beyond 😁

Cannot recommend Syntec Electrical Group enough. Had a smaller solar system which wasn’t performing and wanted to upgrade to a larger system. David was honest, prompt and took the time to explain the best option for my home. Very reasonably priced and I could not be more happier with the communication and workmanship that was performed. Old panels were taken away and I now have an app that tracks my power usage. After payment David also followed up to see if I was happy with our new solar system. Hi all, i don't normally write reviews but i couldn’t not write one for Syntec Electrical Group. David has amazing customer service and workmanship to the highest respect. He’s professionalism is great and I really enjoyed the process with the work that was done to my property in Wilton. David was offering free home audits and I came across he’s page online, I phoned his number and within one day he came to quote me for security cameras around the perimeter of my home. David explained what he could offer to the highest standard and I loved what he had to say. I trusted him and felt comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything turned out great, I am really happy with he’s prices as he was reasonable with everything and overall process was a 10/10. We spoke about future projects that are possible around my home to make it improve and once I am ready to do so I’ll be calling Syntec Electrical Group to complete these services.
